Resident Welfare Association would like to install a new water cooler of 100 Ltr. Capacity with new RO system of 50 Ltr/PH capacity for our workers/ residents near main gate.

As per quotations received, the price of Water Cooler is appx. Rs. 29000/-

As per quotations received, the price of RO System is appx. Rs. 28000/-

If any resident want to donate/ contribute fully or partially for buying these two items for the welfare, please contact RWA Office with their contribution and get the receipt for the same. RWA will highly appreciate your contribution.

Dear Residents,

As per resolution passed in the General Body Meeting dates 31^st August 2014, RWA cultural Committee would like to celebrate the Dushera Festival on 3^rd October 2014 in the premises of Sanskriti Apartments. For this purpose, RWA would like to constitute a committee from the residents who can organize the festival celebrations including collection from the residents. Residents who are interested can contact RWA Cultural Committee members before 5PM on 14^th September 2014. Contact details of the Cultural Committee members are as below:

Note from RWA: The festival will be celebrated only on contributory basis and no RWA fund will be used.

As per the resolution passed in the General Body Meeting held on 31.08.2014, applications for the Internal Auditor (Audit from Financial Year 2007-08 to Financial Year 2013-14) for Sanskriti Apartments accounts are invited. The person should have knowledge of accounts and law preferably a qualified chartered account and having at least 5 Years experience in audits.

This is to notify to all fellow residents that the General Body Meeting of the Residents Welfare Association of Sanskriti Apartments Sec19B will be held on 31st August 2014 at 10 AM at the connecting bridge.

The agenda of the the meeting shall be:

1. Welcoming Members.
2. Introduction of the New Management Committee.
3. Discussion on the Budget for the year 2014-15
4. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.

All the members are requested to attend the meeting and share their valuable inputs in the discussions.

The meeting shall start at 10AM on 31st August 2014 at the Connecting Bridge.
